The hallways of our Infantil building turned a vibrant shade of emerald this week as our youngest learners dove headfirst into the enchanting world of St. Patrick’s Day. It wasn’t just about wearing green; it was a full cultural immersion guided by our wonderful Language Assistants, who brought the traditions of the Emerald Isle straight to our classrooms.
Stories and Legends
Our students became mini-experts on Irish folklore. With the help of our native assistants, they listened to the legendary tale of St. Patrick and discovered the secret world of the Leprechauns. They learned that these mischievous cobblers are quite hard to catch, especially when they are guarding their famous pots of gold at the end of the rainbow!

Symbols and Luck
Through creative workshops, the children explored the significance of the Three-Leaf Clover (the shamrock). They practiced their English vocabulary while identifying the different symbols of the holiday, from shimmering gold coins to the magical rainbows that decorate our walls.
Learning Through Play
Of course, it wouldn’t be a celebration without some «craic» (that’s Irish for fun!). The students participated in a variety of themed games designed to boost their English fluency in a joyful environment. From «Leprechaun Says» to «Clover Hunts,» the energy was high and the smiles were even wider.
We are so proud of how our Infantil students embraced these new sounds and stories. A huge thank you to our English Language Assistants for making this such a memorable, «lucky» experience for everyone.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all our families!
