Instrumental Initiation

The main focus will be on ensuring that children have fun while learning the basics of brush painting using works by such important painters as Van Gogh, Picasso, Sorolla, Modigliani, Monet, and others.

Climbing NEW FOR 2024!

This activity will focus on sport climbing, a safe practice through which students will participate, becoming involved in their own learning and overcoming their fears and insecurities. The goal is to acquire key basic skills, as well as safety and protection rules, by delving deeper into the sport of climbing, its modalities, techniques, and materials. In addition, students will be taught the importance of cooperative work, self-improvement, and respect.

Karate is a martial art of Japanese origin characterized by procedures and rules of respect and etiquette, due to its origins in the spirit of Japanese Bushido. Master Gichin Funakoshi's maxim was "Karate ni sente nashi," meaning that in karate there is no attack. Karate is considered a means of personal evolution through physical techniques, with the main objective of developing the personality and character of its practitioner.

Judo

Judo is a martial art of Japanese origin that is considered an effective art of defense and attack, in which the hierarchy achieved by the practitioner must be respected by athletes of lower ranks.

SKATING

Skating is a recreational and sporting activity consisting of sliding on a regular surface using skates placed on the feet.

It takes place on asphalt, concrete, terrazzo, or parquet surfaces, which may also have a plastic tread. Roller skating can be practiced in specific locations, such as rinks or circuits, or in non-specific locations designated for the purpose. The activity will take place in the school playground.

Swimming was born from the need for humans to adapt to their surroundings, in this case, the aquatic environment. If we consider that the planet's surface is three-quarters water, we can understand the importance and need for humans to adapt to this environment.

Basketball

A team sport in which five players try to get a ball into a hoop with a perforated basket placed 3.05 m above the ground (senior category) and defended by the opposing team. Matches last 40 minutes, divided into quarters, and if there is a tie, the game is extended in 5-minute increments until one team wins.
