Hi everyone,
We are Chloe and Amelia and we are returning English language assistants this year at Santa Gema. This is our second year at the school and we are so excited to be back! We can’t wait to hear all about the students’ summer breaks and share a bit about our time in our home countries: Australia and the United States.
This year we will be working with 5° and 6° (Chloe) and 3° and 4° (Amelia). Our focus is to help students feel confident speaking English by making classes fun, engaging, and to create a safe environment where students feel comfortable learning, making mistakes, and succeeding.
We are both going to be working with new and former students this year. We are excited to see our former students excel as they continue their English journey with us! With our new students we hope to develop rapport, allowing them to feel comfortable speaking and learning with us.
We can’t wait to see how much the students learn and grow with us this year!

Somos Chloe y Amelia, las auxiliares de conversación de inglés de este año en Santa Gema. ¡Estamos encantadas de volver en nuestro segundo año en el colegio! Tenemos muchas ganas de escuchar sobre las vacaciones de los alumnos. Además, compartiremos experiencias sobre nuestros países de origen: Australia y Estados Unidos.
Este curso, Chloe estará con 5.º y 6.º de Primaria, mientras Amelia apoyará en 3.º y 4.º. Como auxiliares de conversación de inglés, nuestro objetivo principal es ayudar a los alumnos a ganar confianza al hablar. Para lograrlo, preparamos clases dinámicas y divertidas. Creamos un espacio seguro donde todos se sientan cómodos para participar, equivocarse y aprender sin miedo.
Ambas trabajaremos con alumnos del año pasado y con caras nuevas. Nos hace mucha ilusión reencontrarnos con nuestros antiguos alumnos y ver su progreso. A los nuevos estudiantes, estamos deseando conocerlos y construir una gran relación de confianza.
Estamos seguras de que será un gran año lleno de aprendizaje y crecimiento.
