Admission Process for SUBSIDISED LEVELS (Early Childhood, Primary, and Secondary Education)
Official Deadlines
The application dates are set by the Community of Madrid, and for the 2025/26 school year, the timeline is as follows:
- March 12 to 26: Submission of applications for the ordinary admission process (both dates inclusive).
- April 4: Publication of provisional lists.
- April 7, 8, and 9: Period for submitting complaints.
- April 24: Publication of provisional score lists, including resolution of complaints.
- April 25, 28, and 29: Period for submitting complaints regarding the provisional list.
- May 8: Publication of the final score list.
- May 28: Publication of the list of admitted students at each school.
- May 29 and 30: Didn’t get a spot? This is the period to submit a complementary application to the Schooling Support Service (SAE).
- June 12 to 26: Enrolment period for Early Childhood and Primary Education.
- June 12 to July 4: Enrolment period for Secondary Education.

Student and parent/guardian identification documents, family record book, and, where applicable, certificates of special educational needs.
Criteria, Documentation, and Important Requirements
These are established by the Community of Madrid, including aspects such as proximity to home or place of work, siblings enrolled in the centre or family income.

Criterios, Documentación y Requisitos Importantes
When completing the application for a place in subsidised levels, please keep the following in mind:
- Only one application may be submitted per subsidised school. Duplicate applications or those with false information will be invalidated and resolved by the Schooling Support Service (SAE).
- The application must be signed by both parents/legal guardians.
- Our school code is: 28009525.
The scoring criteria are established by the Community of Madrid and include:
- Proximity of the student’s home or parents’/guardians’ workplace to the school.
- Siblings already enrolled at the school.
- Family income or specific circumstances (such as large families).
Typical documentation includes:
- Identification document for the student and parents/guardians.
- Family record book.
- Certificates of special educational needs, if applicable.
Admission and Enrolment in PRIVATE PROGRAMMES
Our admission process for private vocational training programmes is open throughout the year, subject to availability of places.
Before completing any enrolment, a meeting with the school’s teaching staff is required. During this visit, families will gain an in-depth understanding of the core pillars of our educational project, methodology, and values, ensuring a fully informed decision. Interested families can schedule a visit using the designated section or by calling 91 711 50 93.
Confirmation of Place and Enrolment
Once a place has been assigned (whether in subsidised or private programmes), you must formalise the enrolment within the specified dates. This step includes submitting the final documents and signing the educational contract. In the case of private programmes, the enrolment fee must also be paid.
