At Santa Gema School, we know that an environment of respect and trust is key to the well-being and learning of our students. Therefore, positive coexistence is one of our fundamental pillars. It is not just about avoiding conflicts, but about fostering healthy relationships and spaces where everyone feels heard, validated, and supported. One of the tools we use to strengthen this climate is our Mediation Team, which has been operating at the school for more than 10 years and is currently made up of 24 Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) students. Throughout this time, our mediators have not only resolved conflicts, but have become agents of change, promoting respect, empathy, and dialogue in our daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
